Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. 

All items with StandStill Sports branding are considered personalized items and not eligible for return, and requests will be handled on a case by case basis. 

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

To ensure that we can process, please only attempt to return items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items are not used
  • Items are sent back to us within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier
  • On International orders, all applicable duties/ taxes have been paid
